Half-yearly examinations are conducted by KMM and final Examinations are conducted by Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh (RMLA) University.

1.

Students must have a minimum of 75% attendance at the end of the academic session otherwise she will not be permitted to sit her final examination. The college will not be held responsible in any case.

2.

Students must fill in and submit their examination form/s by the specified date, otherwise the student will not be permitted to sit their final examination. The college will not be held responsible if a student fails to submit her form/s on time.

3.

All examinations conducted by KMM and RMLA University are compulsory. Students who are unable to attend an examination due to medical reason must present a medical certificate. College will take appropriate action against students who fail to attend the half-yearly examination for any other reason. RMLA University rules and procedures will apply to students who fail to attend the final examination.

4.

Library clearance must be taken before the student can receive her Admit Card for examinations.

Attendance and Leave

1.

Students must be punctual to all timetabled classes and activities. Persistent lateness will result in disciplinary proceedings being invoked.

3.

Holiday trips should only be arranged outside of college semester dates during closure periods.

4.

Students are not allowed to leave the college premises during school hours without prior permission.

5.

Students must give an application prior to their leave. In case of emergency leave, an application must be submitted the following day. All leaves are sanctioned by the College Principal.

6.

A medical certificate must be presented if the student is absent for more than 3 days due to a medical condition.

7.

Attendance on the re-opening day after each vacation and the last day of each term is compulsory.

8.

Holidays will be declared strictly as per guidelines issued by Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University.
