Attendance & Leave
1. |
Students must have a minimum of 75% attendance at the end of the academic session; otherwise she will not be permitted to sit her examination. The college will not be held responsible in any case. |
2. |
Students must be punctual to all timetabled classes and activities. Persistent lateness will result in disciplinary proceedings being invoked. |
3. |
Holiday trips should only be arranged outside of college semester dates during closure periods. |
4. |
Students are not allowed to leave the college premises during school hours without prior permission. |
5. |
Students must give an application prior to their leave. In case of emergency leave, an application must be submitted the following day. All leaves are sanctioned by the College Principal. |
6. |
A medical certificate must be presented if the student is absent for more than 3 days due to a medical condition. |
7. |
Attendance on the re-opening day after each vacation and the last day of each term is compulsory. |
8. |
Holidays will be declared strictly as per guidelines issued by the Madhyamik Shiksha Parishat and District Inspector of School, Pratapgarh. |
Examinations & Promotions

Students must have a minimum of 75% attendance at the end of the academic session otherwise she will not be permitted to sit her final examination. The college will not be held responsible in any case. |

For Class 10 board examination, students must fill in and submit their examination form/s by the specified date, otherwise the student will not be permitted to sit their Board Examination. The school will not be held responsible if a student fails to submit their form/s on time. |

All examinations conducted by KBIC are compulsory. Students who are unable to attend an examination due to medical reason must present a medical certificate. The school will take appropriate action against students who fail to attend their examination for any other reason. |
4. |
Library clearance must be taken before the student can receive her Admit Card for examinations. |
5. |
Promotion to the next class depends upon the performance of the student throughout the year. The decision made by the School Principal is final. |
Library Rules
1. |
Students must remain silent in the library. |
2. |
Students must use all books and resources in a responsible manner. All books must be returned in the same condition as it was issued. |
3. |
Strict action will be taken against the student who is caught stealing any item from the library. |
Laboratories Rules
1. |
Students must maintain silence and discipline in all the labs during their practical experiments. |
2. |
Students must not misuse any of the Lab equipments, materials, and resources. |
3. |
Misbehaviour or misconduct in any of the Laboratories will not be tolerated. |
Parent-Teacher Interaction
It is mandatory in KBIC for all parents to actively participate in their child's education and progress throughout the academic year. Parents must attend all Parent-Teacher meetings organised by the school.
In addition, parents are requested to do the following:
- Cooperate with the school in enforcing regularity and discipline.
- Ensure students wear the prescribed uniform.
- Ensure their child attends school on time.
- Help their child prepare for their lessons.
- Take active interest in their child’s school activities.
- Check the school diary everyday and sign it in acknowledgement.
- Inform the school of any changes in address or telephone numbers.
- Meet the Principal, Teachers and School Officials on request.
- Refrain from contacting their child or their Teacher during school hours.
In case parents have a legitimate complaint against the school, parents must meet the Principal at the earliest. Please note, parents can meet with Principal and Teachers during visiting hours only.
