Junior School Curriculum for Classes 6 to 8
Examinations & Academic Year
The students have to write First Term, Second Term and Final Examinations conducted by the school and pass in all subjects with a minimum passing percentage of 33% in order to be promoted to the next class. Overall performance and behaviour is also marked for promotion to the next class.
In addition to the set pattern of examinations it is mandatory for the students to take fortnightly tests in all subjects which are added to their final evaluation marks for promotion to the next class.
The Academic year operates from April every year till next March next year.
1. First Term Exams – September
2. Second Term Exams – December
3. Final Exams -March
