High School Curriculum for Classes 9 & 10

High School Curriculum for Classes 9 & 10 Examinations & Academic Year Class IX students’ have to write First Term, Second Term and Final Examinations conducted by the school and pass in all subjects with a minimum passing percentage of 33% in order to be promoted to class X. Overall performance and behaviour is also marked for promotion to the next class.

In addition to the set pattern of examinations it is mandatory for the students to take fortnightly tests in all subjects which are added to their final evaluation marks for promotion to the next class.

Class X students have to write First Term, Second Term and Pre-Board Examinations conducted by the school and pass in all subjects with a minimum passing percentage of 33%, in order to write the Class X Board Exams conducted by Madhyamik Shiksha Parishat, Uttar Pradesh. After qualifying Class X Board exams only are students eligible to be promoted to Class XI.

The Academic year operates from April every year till next March next year.

2. Second Term Exams – December

3. Final Exams/Board Exams (Class X) - March

 

Subjects in High School

At High School level the students have 6 subjects in total. 3 subjects are compulsory for all students and the remaining 3 subjects can be chosen by the student according to her level of interest.
